To help us create the most beautiful and the best digital experiences, we are seeking an Amsterdam based: Account Manager

At INDG we believe our clients deserve the best service we can deliver. A well-performing Account Manager should have specific and thorough knowledge of our clients' business as well as the market they operate in. Your main focus will be on extending our current market share with impressive clients within the Consumer Product sector. You will drive new business while bringing the existing relationships with current clients to new levels.


The Account Manager is responsible for not only the management of our existing high-profile accounts but also for the development. With your experience, you’re able to demonstrate breadth and depth of knowledge but also align our solutions to client business objectives and initiatives. You’ll have a complete overview of projects of our clients where you’ll monitor progress and completion whilst maintaining a complete helicopter view. The company's future growth really depends on establishing proactively strong professional relationships and credibility with business executives in each specific account. In order to deliver, you’ll work closely with the rest of the sales team, marketing, project management, and senior management to create leverage across departments.


• High EI and people skills, you’re a great listener, you’ve never forgotten your client’s son’s birthday and you’ll never think twice to hold the door open for the office cleaner.
• You're a true specialist and a master of knowledge within your industry. You truly care about creativity and technology and can demonstrate what staying up to date with industry trends really means.
• With your experience, you have excellent strategic prospecting skills. You know your market inside out and when the right time to nurture and build those relationships, even when leads go cold.


• Develop and manage the existing accounts of our top clients within the consumer products market
• Educate clients in our offerings
• Improving relations with high-potential clients in order to progress these accounts to the size of a key account
• Keeping an overall view on projects of our clients where you will monitor progress and completion while maintaining a Helicopter view
• Proactively establishing strong professional relationships and credibility with business executives within the industry
